Joiner – Voids Properties Job DescriptionAre you an experienced joiner looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team, working on voids properties across the Killingworth, Tyne and Wear area.As a Joiner working on voids, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works to ensure properties are brought back to a lettable standard quickly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities

• First and second fix joinery on voids properties
• Kitchen and bathroom installations
• General carpentry repairs, door hanging, skirting, and architrave fitting
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
• Working independently or as part of a small team
• Reporting progress to supervisors and keeping accurate records

Requirements

• Proven experience in joinery and working on voids properties
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work in the Killingworth area (NE12 6QQ)
