The Role
Office based with regular site visits.
Managing projects typically ranging from £200,000 to £2 million.
Overseeing programmes, risk, quality and delivery.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Working closely with commercial and site teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Exposure to a wide variety of schemes, offering both stability and progression.

Person Specification
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager, Project Manager or an ambitious Site Manager ready to step up. A construction background with a main contractor is essential. Candidates must have a stable career history and a genuine desire for a long‑term, permanent role. At least five years' experience in a Contracts Manager, Project Manager or senior Site Manager position is required, along with experience delivering projects between £200,000 and £2 million. A strong understanding of JCT contracts is essential and knowledge of NEC is an advantage. You should be confident managing multiple projects, overseeing programmes, managing risk and ensuring compliance. Good IT skills are required, and experience with programme software is helpful but not essential.
