Job title: Business Change Manager - Procurement

Location: Warwick/Hybrid

The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Change Manager to lead the transformation of our procurement function as we implement a new enterprise-wide system. This role will be pivotal in reshaping how procurement partners with the wider business-driving adoption of new processes, embedding behavioural change, and enhancing the overall service offering

Responsibilities:

· Follow the existing change management strategy for the procurement system implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder needs.

· Engage and influence stakeholders across procurement and the wider business to build commitment and readiness for change.

· Work closely with the system integrator, ensuring change activities are aligned with the technical implementation and that business needs are clearly represented throughout delivery.

· Collaborate with project and procurement teams to ensure change activities are integrated into the overall programme delivery.

· Deliver change plans that support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours within the procurement function.

· Identify and manage change impacts across business units, ensuring risks are mitigated and support mechanisms are in place.

· Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the change journey.

· Monitor and evaluate change adoption, using feedback and data to adjust plans and ensure sustained transformation.

· Champion a culture of continuous improvement, helping to redefine procurement's service offering and its relationship with the business.

Requirements:

· Passionate about driving meaningful change that improves how procurement delivers value to the business

· Experience of system transformation projects

· Experience of leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within procurement or supply chain

· Solid experience of using change management frameworks to embed sustainable transformation

· Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
