About the Role

Market 36 Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the delivery of client projects from concept through to completion. This dynamic role combines office-based coordination, hands-on workshop support, and occasional on-site event supervision. You will play a vital role in ensuring that projects run smoothly, efficiently, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Projects

* Attend project briefing meetings and contribute to planning sessions

* Support in creating briefs for the internal design team

* Prepare client-facing proposals and quotations

* Oversee project workflow through the workshop

* Generate equipment and packing lists

* Assist in the preparation and submission of Health & Safety documentation

* Develop clear and concise event overviews for installation teams

* Attend live events in a supervisory and client-facing capacity

Office-Based Duties

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

* Assist in sourcing, selecting, and ordering materials and equipment

* Maintain well-organised digital and physical project files

* Update and monitor project timelines and calendars

* Support the creation of a tidy and productive work environment

* Ensure data is handled in accordance with GDPR standards

* Archive completed project files systematically

Workshop & Site Responsibilities

* Help prepare and dress finished stands at event sites

* Manage client interactions on-site and resolve any stand-related issues

Key Requirements

* Proven background in project assistance or project management

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Creative thinker with a proactive attitude

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

* Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

* Ability to take initiative and work independently

* Genuine interest in technology and innovations in the events/creative industry
