You'll own the PCB Design capability  Developing relationships with PCB suppliers, controlling libraries, ensuring best practises and more.

Rquirements for application

Strong PCB design (RF/microwave a bonus)
Desire and ability to own a PCB design capability 
Altium expertise (PADS a plus)
Solid DFM/DFA, SMT, IPC and EMC
Confidence working with suppliers and leading design reviews
