We're looking for a motivated and driven Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting recruitment across the Property, Engineering, and Facilities Management sectors. Key Responsibilities

* Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases

* Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews

* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

* Supporting consultants with candidate shortlisting and submissions

* Managing candidate pipelines and keeping records up to date

* Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Target-driven and motivated by earning potential

* Previous resourcing, recruitment, or sales experience is desirable but not essential
