Job Responsibilities

Perform painting tasks in occupied domestic and residential buildings, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Conduct repairs and maintenance work as required, adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met.

Person Specification

Proven experience in painting, particularly in residential settings.

Ability to build and maintain good relationships with a varying range of people.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Valid UK driving licence is required.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and environments.
