An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time, permanent Electrical Tutor to join, one of the largest work-based learning providers in England and Wales. Based at a Training Centre, this is a fantastic chance to help shape the future of electrical apprentices while working with a supportive and experienced team.

Whether you're a qualified tutor or an experienced electrician looking to take your first step into education, this role offers excellent training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver theoretical and practical electrical training to apprentices (Levels 2 & 3 - City & Guilds/EAL)

  • Plan lessons, assess coursework, and track learner progress

  • Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and H&S standards

  • Engage with employers and internal teams to support learner achievement

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Level 3 technical qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

  • GCSE/O Level (A-C / 9-4) or Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths & English

  • Recent experience teaching or delivering electrical training

  • Good presentation, communication, and IT skills

  • Up-to-date industry knowledge and experience
