£40,000 (OTE £50,000 - £70,000) + Mon-Fri + Mileage paid+ Performance Based Bonus

In this autonomous role you will be responsible for overall performance management across the fit-out projects from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will manage the onsite teams and ensure all regulations a in line with standards. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm

The Role:

Deliver steel-frame new builds and commercial fit-out projects across multiple sites, working mainly on-site from the welfare office.
Manage day-to-day construction activity, contractors, scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
Oversee project progress from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
