Location: St Albans

My client is a lovely growing company, based in St Albans, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. They are open to the level in which you come in with, but require someone to have some site experience and previous experience in a Costing/ pricing role.

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Cost Estimation
• Calculating quantities and costs for materials, labour, and time.
• Preparing tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• Monitoring project budgets
• Tracking variations
• Managing subcontractor payments
• Preparing detailed financial reports on project progress and profitability.
