We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a 16-week school refurbishment project in Weaverham, Cheshire.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a client-facing management role within construction.

SMSTS certification (copy required upon application).
*
Computer literate with strong organisational skills.
*
Friendly, professional, and conscientious manner.
*
Willingness to work evening hours (4pm-12am).

MUST HAVE A CURRENT ENHANCED DBS
Responsibilities include:

Managing site operations to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.

Liaising with clients and contractors in a professional manner.

Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Maintaining accurate site records and reporting as required.
