Job Description:

* Be the first point of contact for the building

* Answering calls and directing them appropriately

* Taking messages and forwarding correctly

* Meet and greet all visitors to the building

* Signing in/out of all visitors

* Booking and preparing meeting rooms

* Ensure reception is kept clean and tidy

* Post duties and ensuring that deliveries are received and distributed efficiently

* Keeping all tea kitchens clean, tidy and stocked up

Person Specification:

* Excellent communication skills

* Great customer service and a can-do attitude

* Experience with Outlook and computer skills essential

* Switchboard experience would be beneficial but not essential

Additional Information:

* Based in Leatherhead

* £10.00 - £12.00 ph

* Starting ASAP - Minimum 4 week booking

* 8.30am- 5pm, Monday- Friday

* Onsite Parking
