Your Role

Source and interview candidates
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Generate new business opportunities
* Work towards and exceed KPIs and sales targets
* Earn commission as you progressTraining & Development

You'll receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and access to industry-leading training resources.

Career Progression

After your first year, you'll transition into a sales-focused role with advanced training in business development and client management.

What We're Looking For

We are hiring graduates (Apply online only)) who:
* Worked throughout their studies
* Have a driving licence or are learning
* If graduated 2025 or earlier - have been working since
* If graduating 2026 - must show consistent work history
* Have experience in sales, hospitality, teaching, or fast-paced environments
