Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an established Plant Hire and Construction company and work across the South East.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with identifying new business prospects, taking the lead on driving growth and maintain existing relationships.

What do I need?

* Proven experience within the plant hire or construction industry

* Proven sales experience

* Good geographical knowledge of surround and located area

* Full UK driving license

Responsibilities:

* Develop, strengthen and manage relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders.

* Serve as the primary liaison for incoming business, guiding clients through a seamless onboarding journey.

* Keep leadership informed with consistent updates on achievements, risks, and obstacles.

* Gather and relay client input to contribute to ongoing product and service enhancement.

* Work closely with internal teams to customise offerings that align with client-specific needs and expectations.

* Stay informed on sales metrics and refine approaches to improve results.

* Gain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value.

* Document and evaluate all business development activities and resulting performance.
