My client is recruiting for a Warranty Administrator for their showroom located in Milton Keynes. They are part of a nationwide company with fantastic benefits and performance incentives.

Warranty Administrator Role:

Manage the warranty process within the service department by collaborating closely with both advisors and management
Oversee all warranty claims within the department to ensure all paperwork complies with both group and manufacturer standards
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in general administration tasks
Bring a solid background in warranty administration or service administration
Key Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a main dealer warranty administrator or service administrator
Proficient knowledge of the 1Link and/or Kerridge systems
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
