Property Manager

Brook Street have partnered with a well-established company within Peterborough who are on the hunt for their next Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of properties.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm and alternative weekends 9am til 1pm,

Salary starting from £24,000+ depending on experience

Experience required:

• At least 1-year lettings or property management experience
• Ensuring properties are ready to let
• Carry out check ins and inventories prior to start of tenancies
• Carry out check out inspections, creating clear, detail reports for landlords
• Complying with current legislation and being up to date with the latest property news or regulations
• Have awareness of Health & Safety
• Possess excellent Customer Service skills
• Carry out viewings
• Have strong administration skills
• Manage tenancy renewals
• Have experience of working with contractors and organising maintenance, repairs and decoration of property when required
