We are currently recruiting for a proactive and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning inbound interest into tangible business outcomes.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries via phone and email. Your primary focus will be to engage with prospective and existing customers, convert inbound leads into sales, and maximise account value through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries via calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Qualify and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise account value
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Provide product/service information and tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative and coordination tasks

The Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to maximising opportunities
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
