The Best Connection are proudly recruiting for multiple Horticultural Nursery Workers to join our well established client in Horsham. This is a hands-on outdoor role assisting with plant production, crop care and general daily operations.

Location: Horsham

Industry: Agriculture

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Early finishes on Fridays if work is completed.

Pay: £12.50 an hour, £12.71 an hour post April.

Key Responsibilities of the Horticultural Nursery Worker:

• Assisting with planting, potting, spacing and general crop husbandry.
• Monitoring plant health and moisture levels.
• Aiding in stock rotation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation.

Requirements of the Horticultural Nursery Worker:

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks and manual handling.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence to get to site.
• Ideally previous experience in gardening/ horticultural environment but not essential.
