Alliance Personnel are currently seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operative to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

* You will be supervising the machines to ensure that operations are being carried out correctly and to make the necessary adjustments as required.

* Experience in setting up, and operating CNC machines would be desirable

* Good manual dexterity and eye-to-hand co-ordination, as you will be working with small tolerances and setting tools, with good attention to detail

* The ability to cope with pressure and work to deadlines, and use initiative to work independently

Skills

* Proficiency in CNC operation with experience in milling and fabrication processes.

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.

* Competence in basic mathematics for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.

Working hours Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm (40hrs per week)
