Practice Manager - Financial Planning

Salary: Up to £35,000

An established and forward-thinking Financial Planning firm is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join their growing organisation. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead internal processes, support advisers, and ensure the smooth and compliant running of the practice. The ideal candidate will bring experience in financial services operations, a proactive mindset, and strong organisational skills.

To be considered you will need to have Managerial experience OR have had exposure to Managing a team of Administrators/ Paraplanners

Key Responsibilities:

" Overseeing back-office processes and workflow management

" Supporting advisers and paraplanners in delivering high-quality client service

" Managing compliance procedures and regulatory responsibilities

" Leading and developing administrative staff

" Working with directors on business strategy and operational improvements

What We're Looking For:

" Experience in a similar management role within Financial Planning/Wealth Management

" Strong understanding of FCA regulations and operational best practices

" Confident communicator and problem-solver

" Organised, adaptable, and commercially aware
