We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a warm and supportive children’s residential home in Shipley.

What you’ll do:

• Support young people (aged 8-18) with emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, nurturing environment

• Lead shifts and mentor junior staff

• Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive outcomes

• Support with care planning, risk assessments, and day-to-day routines

• Take part in activities, school runs, and appointments

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a children’s residential setting

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
