A Top Tier law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its established and supportive team in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven commercial property lawyer looking to develop their career within a friendly, collaborative, and growing practice.

Working within a busy commercial property department, you will manage a broad caseload of general commercial real estate matters. The work is varied, high quality, and offers consistent client interaction across a diverse range of sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters, including the grant and renewal of commercial leases
• Property elements of corporate transactions and business sales/purchases
• Development work, including conditional contracts and option agreements
• Commercial refinancing and property finance support
• General advisory work for SME, OMB, and investor clients

You will be supported by senior lawyers within the team while also enjoying plenty of autonomy to build your technical and commercial skills.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property or general commercial real estate
• Solid experience handling a range of transactional property matters
• Strong client‑facing skills and the confidence to manage matters independently
