A leading regional law firm with offices across the South East and North West is looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing team.

The Role
This is a varied and client-facing position where you'll take on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work. You'll be advising on:
- Business acquisitions and disposals
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Commercial contracts and terms of business
- Joint ventures and corporate restructuring
- Loan agreements and funding documentation
You will manage your own caseload and play a key role in business development, with support from a wider team of experienced lawyers across multiple locations.
What We're Looking For
- UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Strong technical expertise across M&A, contracts, and shareholder matters
- Excellent client care skills and a clear, commercial approach to legal advice
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and generate new opportunities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team and firm growth
