Are you a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer looking for a exciting new opportunity to join an award-winning engineering firm based in Sheffield.

The successful Senior Structural Engineer will be joining a multidisciplinary firm and will be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects within the building sector including high rise buildings, residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Able to work collaboratively with engineers in other disciplines such as geotechnical and civil/infrastructure design
Attending client and project meetings to build relationships and discuss their needs and requirements
Requirements

BEng/MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience
Chartered or working towards chartered status with ICE or IStructE
Experience working towards British standards on Eurocodes
Strong academic background with a focus on structural engineering coursework
Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
