What can you earn?
This Trainee Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive starting basic salary of between £20,000 and £24,000. On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of £6,000+ in your first year, by meeting or exceeding realistic performance targets

Tell me more about the role..
You will be primarily responsible for sourcing and supplying permanent, temporary and contract staff to the construction, industrial, manufacturing and power industries for clients and locations across the UK.

Based from the company's head office in Bawtry, you will report to the Operations Manager and your role will include the following:

*

Attracting candidates by using various tools such as; job boards, social media, referrals and networking events

*

Screening and interviewing candidates, over the phone or face to face to match their skills, experience and expectations against live job vacancies.

*

Developing a good understanding of new and existing businesses we are working with is essential in order to provide a better level of service and to maintain/develop long lasting relationships with those companies

*

Completing candidate registrations and right to work checks

*

Advertising jobs across all job boards and social media platforms.

The standard working hours for this role are: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm. (With an early finish on a Friday)
