My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to execute and verify payment instructions across multiple schemes (SWIFT, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA), ensuring compliance with cut-off times, scheme rules, and internal controls. You'll maintain up-to-date working knowledge of UK and EU payment schemes, supporting the team in identifying scheme-related issues and contribute to process improvements.

The successful skills/experience is essential:

• Prior experience in Customer Service/Operations within a banking or financial services environment.
• Payments experience
• Prior knowledge and understanding of banking legislation, policies, processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
