Core Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a 12-month contract based in Cork.

Trade: Contracts Manager (Office Based)
Location: Cork
Duration: 12-month contract

Duties:

Reading and interpreting construction drawings.

Managing site personnel and materials.

Providing administrative support to the project team.

Handling and processing timesheets.

Reviewing and managing reports completed by the Site Manager.

Travelling between local residential project sites as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to oversee residential projects effectively.
