SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established primary school in Brent in their search for a passionate and nurturing Nursery Teacher to lead their morning-only Nursery provision from September 2026.

This is a permanent, part-time position (mornings only), paid on the Main Pay Scale (MPS1-MPS6).

📚 The Role

You will:

Lead a morning Nursery class within a well-supported EYFS team
Deliver a creative, language-rich and play-based curriculum
Build strong routines, independence and early learning foundations
Work closely with teaching assistants to provide high-quality provision
Develop strong relationships with families during this crucial first stage of education
Maintain accurate assessments in line with EYFS expectationsThis is a hands-on, active and highly rewarding Early Years role requiring warmth, organisation and a deep understanding of child development.

👤 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Experience teaching in Nursery or Reception
A nurturing, patient and proactive approach
High expectations for behaviour and early learning outcomes
Excellent communication skills with parents and carersThis position would suit both experienced Nursery teachers and strong Early Years practitioners ready to take full class responsibility.
