As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Work with pupils 1:1, in small groups, or across the whole class

• Help children with their learning, confidence and emotional wellbeing

• Provide support for behaviour, routines and classroom organisation

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment

• Adapt to the needs of individual pupils and different school settings

Whether you are experienced or just starting out, we welcome caring, proactive individuals with a passion for helping children thrive.

• Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)

• A positive, patient and supportive approach

• Good communication and willingness to work as part of a team

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Reliability, flexibility and commitment to supporting local schools
