Are you an FP&A Analyst looking for a role with real visibility across the business? Do you thrive in a commercially focused environment where you can own the numbers, shape the story, and work closely with senior leaders?

We’re hiring for a media business looking to bring in an FP&A Analyst to sit at the centre of planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is a broad role with strong exposure across the organisation, giving you the chance to lead on core FP&A cycles while working closely with senior stakeholders.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail but can also step back, spot what matters, and communicate it clearly. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and month-end analysis, while supporting better decision-making across the wider business.

WISH LIST

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers into clear insight
  • A proactive, curious approach and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders

THE ROLE

  • Run the annual budgeting process from start to finish
  • Manage the long-range planning cycle and bring together multiple inputs
  • Own consolidated reporting and ensure outputs are accurate and commercially useful

  • Support the month-end FP&A process, including early view reporting
  • Take ownership of cash flow forecasting as part of the wider planning cycle
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather, challenge, and refine assumptions
  • Translate financial information into clear, useful insight for non-finance colleagues
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning, and existing processes
  • Manage one direct report and support their development
