Force Recruitment is currently looking for experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our growing team. This role involves working on projects across multiple locations, so flexibility and a willingness to work away from home are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* General groundwork including drainage, kerbing, and slabbing

* Excavation and site preparation

* Operating tools and small plant machinery

* Working alongside site teams to meet project deadlines

* Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Groundworker

* Valid CSCS card (essential)

* Ability to work as part of a team and independently

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Must be willing to travel and work away as required

* Any additional cards or tickets (e.g. CPCS, NPORS, Streetworks, Dumper/Roller) would be highly advantageous
