Location: Syston, Leicestershire

Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Rotating shifts – 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Fronius welding equipment to produce high-quality welds in line with technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on welding equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a Fronius welding machine (essential).
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
