Care and Support - Dalgety Bay Care Home
Contract: Full Time and Part- Time
Salary: £13.45 Per Hour

Dalgety Bay Care Home is a purpose built care home located in the coastal town of Dalgety Bay in Fife. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 68 residents, the home offers a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where team members can make a meaningful difference every day.

Care Assistant - Dayshift and Nightshift

• £13.45 per hour (Dayshift)
• £13.45 per hour (Nightshift)
• Full time, part time and bank contracts available
• Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
• £500 welcome bonus payable after successful completion of 6 month probation

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high quality, person centred care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort and independence. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration, and support residents with daily routines and social engagement.

You will follow individual care plans, monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes promptly, working closely with colleagues to ensure safe practice and infection prevention standards are maintained. Your role is key in creating a positive, supportive and homely environment for residents.

This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care, with full training and ongoing support provided.
