Principal People are delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor seeking a progressive career role with a key client of ours who are nationally recognised Housebuilder. This position is a chance to work for a prestigious business and is ideal for a Health and Safety professional to further their career within an established Health and Safety team.
Overseeing multiple projects across counties to the West of London including Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire and Hampshire, the successful Health and Safety Advisor will undertake operational duties within a predominantly site focused position.
Key responsibilities of this Health & Safety Advisor include:
- Site audits and inspections
- Accident Investigations
- Guiding and Coaching site teams
- General Health and Safety Training
The successful Health & Safety Advisor will hold:
- NEBOSH General Certificate minimum
- Hold experience working within the Housebuilding industry (sub-contractor or principal contractor)
- Be an engaging and communicative individual able to liaise at all levels.
- Full UK driving license
In return the successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £35-45k, Company Car or Car Allowance + Health Care Options + Company Benefits + Pension Scheme + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
