Office Assistant- Communications

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

SALARY: Up to £24,000 + benefits

A successful and growing communications agency is currently looking for a dynamic and friendly Office Assistant to take on a variety of tasks. 

They are a lovely team of people and work on very interesting projects.

The role will include receptionist duties, office management, administrative tasks and events organising. You will play a central role in the smooth running of the office meeting and greeting key clients and suppliers, assisting the team with invoices, expenses, and inbox & meeting room management. 

This is a busy and varied role which would suit someone with 2 years' office experience and ideally degree level although flexible. There is also scope for progression so this role would also suit someone interested in Communications, marketing or PR.

The hours of work are 9am-5:30pm and salary up to £24,000.
