Job Description

 We are seeking a highly motivated career minded individual for an entry level order entry/ customer service position with room for advancement.

Job Duties

·         Assisting the sales representatives with the ordering, quoting, and shipping of equipment 

·         Assisting Customers in the ordering of warranty parts and with the purchasing of replacement parts  

·         Processing orders in the system and follow up with shipping and customer through the completion of the sales process

·         Entering credits in the ERP system   

·         Submitting daily sales reports, weekly inventory reports, and assisting with any other reporting needed by management

·         Tracking and submitting freight claims


Skills and Qualifications:

·         Must have attention to detail

·         Prior experience within a manufacturing setting/environment (1-3 years)

·         Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Professional phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls 

·         Proficiency in use of computers and software with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills
