Project Quantity Surveyor - Plymouth
Exciting Opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading national main contractor. This well-established company works across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, sports, leisure, and commercial, with a robust pipeline of multimillion-pound projects.

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery and profitability of a variety of prestigious projects across the region and you will be responsible for pre and post contract duties including cost monitoring and final accounts.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working with a main contractor
Experience on design and build projects
Demonstrable experience managing multimillion pound projects
Key Responsibilities:

Independently managing high-value projects
Procuring subcontractors and managing subcontractor relationships
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Overseeing cash flow management for your allocated projects
Attending site meetings and conducting site visits
Managing CVRs and providing monthly cost control and reporting
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum HNC or equivalent qualification in construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project
Relevant driving licence
