Our company is a leading provider of high-quality, reliable care and support services to individuals in Worcester and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Overall management and supervision of the day-to-day operations of our localised Domiciliary Care branches

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

*

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

*

Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

*

Monitor and maintain high standards of care, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with individual care plans and company standards

*

Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the provision of cost-effective care

*

Participate in recruitment, selection, and induction of new care staff

*

Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess and improve service quality

*

Act as a point of contact for any concerns or complaints, and take appropriate action to address and resolve them

*

Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date care plans for all clients

*

Promote a positive and inclusive working environment for all staff members

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a similar role

*

Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, including CQC standards

*

Excellent leadership and management skills

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions

*

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification

*

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

*

Flexibility to work on-call and occasional weekends as required
