Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term role?Reed Education are working with a supportive school in the PL6 area who are seeking a committed SEN TA to provide consistent support to two pupils with a range of additional needs.

About the Role

You will be working closely with two children who require tailored support with:

• SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
• ADHD
• GDD (Global Developmental Delay)

The school is looking for someone who is:

• Calm, patient, and resilient
• Confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Able to build positive, trusting relationships
• Consistent, reliable, and proactive in the classroom

This is a full-time, long-term placement, perfect for someone seeking stability and the chance to have a real impact in a supportive school environment.

Requirements

• Previous SEN experience (SEMH / ADHD / GDD desirable)
• A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
