Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality learning support across KS3 and KS4

Lead small group interventions and occasionally whole-class teaching

Support teachers with planning, assessment, and classroom management

Foster positive relationships with students, promoting engagement and achievement

Contribute to the wider school community and uphold inclusive practices

Requirements:

HLTA status or equivalent experience

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Experience supporting students in a secondary school setting

A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
