My client is seeking a Product Architect to play a key role in defining how their products are structured and delivered. This role will focus on ensuring that product capabilities are designed with scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability in mind.
You will work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and development teams to translate product strategy into clear architectural direction. This is a highly influential role where your decisions will shape how the platform evolves over time.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product architecture across the platform
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate product strategy into scalable technical solutions
Ensure new features and capabilities align with the long-term architectural vision
Guide engineering teams on system design, integration patterns, and technology choices
Review and refine architectural proposals for new product initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, performance, and maintainability
Establish architectural standards and ensure they are consistently applied across the product
Contribute to the long-term technical and product roadmap
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience working as a Product Architect or Solutions Architect within a software-driven organisation
Strong background in software architecture and system design
Experience designing and evolving large-scale product platforms
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and distributed systems
Ability to translate product strategy into technical architecture
Experience working closely with product teams, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectural decisions clearly
Nice to Have
Experience working within product-led or SaaS environments
Exposure to cloud-native architectures
Experience contributing to platform modernisation or large-scale product evolution
Background working across multiple engineering teams or product domains
