Site/Project Manager
Location: Remote (UK-wide travel to project sites)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE (potentially up to £65,000)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects, with experience in prison works and fuel infrastructure developments. A background in fuels and hydrocarbons would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple project sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Lead site teams and subcontractors effectively

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

*

Maintain excellent client communication and uphold project quality standards

*

Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources

*

Report on project progress, costs, and timelines to senior management

*

Conduct site inspections and audits regularly

Requirements:

Proven experience managing MOD, prison, and/or fuel infrastructure projects

*

Strong understanding of fuel systems and hydrocarbons (desirable but not essential)

*

Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and stay away during the week (accommodation and food allowance provided)

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

*

Full UK driving licence required
