This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. You'll manage daily operations, liaise with customers, oversee purchasing and sales enquiries, and help drive efficiency and profitability.

Background in operational management or hydraulic/commercial vehicle industries

Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment

P&L responsibility and financial oversight experience

Confident with purchasing, stock control, and customer service

Familiar with material handling equipment

Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Full UK driving license
