Kenny Recruit are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well established, yet growing, wellbeing & fitness company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-paced, international finance team supporting EMEA entities. This role offers exposure to multi-currency transactions, high-volume invoice processing, and end-to-end accounts payable responsibilities within a collaborative environment.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Benefits

Location: Chiswick but offer remote working, with occasional travel to head office needed. You MUST live in the UK to be considered for this role

Working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

Invoices

• Managing the accounts payable inboxes of 2 entities ensuring all invoices received are logged.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries with company departments and suppliers.
• Code and post a high volume of supplier invoices onto financial system upon satisfactory authorisation from nominated personnel.

Payments

• Preparation and processing of multi-currency payment runs a week.
• Raise ad-hoc manual payments.
• Post and match off direct debit payments on the financial system.
• Management of the bank reconciliations of all three EMEA entities.

Expenses

• Support in processing expenses, ensuring they follow company policy.
• Support in processing employee credit cards, ensuring submissions are following company policy and chasing employees for non-submissions.
• Resolve associated expense queries and liaise with relevant managers.
