Key Responsibilities include:
Stock & Distribution Management
Oversee inventory in their distribution facility
Process incoming deliveries
Conduct regular stock counts and prepare materials for dispatch
Arrange shipments and manage Parcelforce manifests
Maintain a clean and organised distribution environment
Administrative Support
Update internal systems with accurate information
Place orders with suppliers for stock replenishment
Handle client calls and address day-to-day inquiries professionally
Follow up on outstanding requests with local network
Perform general office duties including spreadsheet management and correspondence
Support the Norwich centre with work lists, packing lists and client management
The Ideal Candidate
Is comfortable with physical work and manual handling
Presents themselves professionally when dealing with clients
Can handle challenging customer situations with tact and efficiency
Possesses strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
Holds a full, valid UK driving licence (essential due to location)
