Join Our Team at Spring Mews!

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our friendly team at Fresh. If you love problem-solving, take pride in keeping buildings running smoothly, and want to work in a role that really makes a difference to residents’ everyday lives—this could be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Spring Mews stays safe, functional and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
  • Conduct routine swimming pool testing, ensuring water quality is compliant, chemical levels are safe, and all related plant equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Perform regular building checks including fire alarm tests, emergency lighting inspections, and health & safety compliance activities.
  • Support room turnarounds during student check-in and check-out periods.
  • Being the on-site “go-to” for maintenance queries
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and positive environment for our residents

No two days are the same—one moment you’ll be fixing a routine fault, the next you’ll be troubleshooting unexpected maintenance issues.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a similar role (PBSA/estates/hospitality preferred, but not essential)
  • Proactive, resourceful and good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with pool plant operations or willingness to undertake Pool Plant Operator training.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety requirements, statutory compliance, and safe systems of work.

If you’re hands-on, reliable, and love improving buildings and resident spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
