An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio near Soho.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Multiskilled Engineer to work in a Commercial environment near Soho The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Soho.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks within a Commercial Office Building.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a HVAC Engineer or Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical and HVAC maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £50,000 with overtime and training + development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

PPM's and Reactive works (HVAC & Mechanical)
Carrying out maintenance on AHU's/FCU's
Emergency light testing
Carrying out maintenance on Versatemp Systems
Changing ballasts
Fire alarm testing
Generator maintenance
Remedial works
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Updating site log books
Ensuring all compliance is up to date
Provide further works reports where required
Completing all works to a high standard
Required Skills:

Level 3 Mechanical / Level 3 Plumbing / Level 2 NVQ in AC and Refrigeration
Previous experience within a similar position
Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
