We are seeking experienced Youth Residential Support Workers to provide care and safeguarding for young people in mainstream residential settings.
This is a temporary, ad-hoc role with flexible shifts, including earlies, lates, sleep-ins, and waking nights.
You will support young people in the care system, helping them build independence and resilience while managing complex needs and risks.
Key Details: Pay: £14.82 with uplifts for wake nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and emotional support to young people.
- Monitor and manage ligature risks and follow safety protocols.
- Assist with daily routines, education support, and personal care.
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments.
- Respond to incidents and follow safeguarding procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar setting (residential childcare, youth support, or related).
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
- Ligature Training.
Desirable:
- Experience in Mental Health Secure settings.
