We're looking for an experienced Director of Cost Consultancy ready to take ownership-help shape and grow a service line while delivering for major investor and institutional clients across logistics, retail, office, residential and build to rent space.

Lead full cost consultancy delivery - from inception to completion
Grow client relationships, win work, and hit commercial targets
Coordinate business development, resourcing, marketing, and knowledge-sharing across offices
Set business plans, priorities, and SMART goals - track and report progress quarterly
Champion best practice and quality control; review processes, templates, and ways of working
Develop and support your team: coaching, mentoring, celebrating success
Build and maintain marketing content: case studies, capability statements, thought leadershipAbout You

MRICS and strong technical cost consultancy experience
Commercial drive with a track record of fee generation
Leadership skills - influencing, mentoring, managing teams
Strong client network and confidence in business development
Proven ability to balance strategic growth with hands-on deliveryThe Package
