The Role An award-winning and rapidly expanding technology company is seeking a Graduate Web Developer to join its growing development team. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in web development, working on WordPress-based projects while learning cutting-edge technologies in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Working Pattern -
First 6 months: Office-based, 5 days per week (training, mentoring, and integration with the team)

After 6 months: Hybrid working - 2 days from home each week
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and maintain customer websites with a strong focus on responsive, user-friendly design

Collaborate with the Web Team Leader and wider teams to deliver high-quality solutions from planning through to deployment

Implement new features and integrate APIs with backend services

Contribute to code reviews, problem-solving, and technical discussions to ensure best practice standards are met
What We're Looking For -
Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS

Experience in WordPress development, including custom themes, post types, and functionality

Basic understanding of PHP and version control tools (e.g., Git)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with enthusiasm to learn and grow as part of a team
Desirable (not essential):

Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks

Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or deployment automation
